At the entrance to the Mishkafayim neighborhood in Ramat Beit Shemesh, a new project is being built. The project contains six buildings, three of which are intended for long-term rental.
The contractor will rent the apartments for a period of ten years, with tenants having the option to terminate the contract at the end of each year.
The initial rental price will be determined by the company, after which the price will be linked to the consumer price index, with an additional five percent increase after five years. The consumer price index has increased by 3 percent each year in the last two years.
The project offers 4-6 room apartments, including garden apartments and penthouses. Currently, 5 -6 room apartments are available, starting from 8,000 NIS a month. All apartments are new and built to a high construction standard.
The apartments will be occupied on 01.07.2025, but the company has opened the registration for signing lease agreements.
The maintenance of the apartment will be done by the contractor, there will be a permanent team on site that will be available to handle any issues.
A quarter of the apartments in the project are intended for families that do not own a home and will be offered for rent at a discount of 20% of the market price. To rent such an apartment, you must apply for eligibility through the Ministry of Construction and Housing.
